Digital giftcards are available in the webstore for immediate delivery & are available all the way through the holiday season. Once purchased, a code will be delivered via email for use at checkout. complimentary physical giftcards are available by request and can be sent via regular mail for you to fill out with the information provided to you with purchase of the digital giftcard. if you would like a physical giftcard, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org after purchasing your digital giftcard.
Shipping: All Hard Work jewelry is handcrafted in Southern California. Please allow up to three weeks for orders to be completed and shipped. All US orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and arrive within 1-3 business days. Tracking information for these packages is provided within the automated email that is sent when the package has been dispatched. If you have not received one of these emails, your package has not yet been mailed out. We know waiting is hard, but your patience is greatly appreciated.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Great Britain, All European Union countries, Australia and New Zealand. International orders generally take between 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. Hard Work is not responsible for packages once they have left the country- if there is a problem with receiving a package, please consult your local post office. To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible, tracking information is not available for orders outside of the US. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Returns and exchanges cannot be made on items purchased through the webstore. If a mistake as been made on our end, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we'll be happy to sort it out. Because everything is handmade to order, we cannot exchange sizes for rings or chains. Please double check your ring size or chain size before ordering- we will not accept exchanges or offer refunds if the wrong size has been ordered. INDIVIDUAL CHAINS CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSTORE IF YOU'E IN NEED OF A REPLACEMENT OR AN EXTRA CHAIN. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WHAT LENGTH CHAIN YOU NEED, THERE ARE MANY HELPFUL GUIDES AVAILABLE ONLINE THAT CAN BE FOUND BY SEARCHING "CHAIN LENGTH GUIDE". PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL LENGTHS FIT EVERYONE DIFFERENTLY BASED ON THE WIDTH OF YOUR NECK, SO THE BEST WAY TO FIND YOUR SIZE IS TO MEASURE OUT DIFFERENT LENGTHS ON YOURSELF WITH STRING AND A RULER. GENERALLY, 18" IS A STANDARD LENGTH FOR WOMEN, AND WE RECOMMEND 24" CHAINS FOR MEN. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO SIZE YOU FOR RINGS OR CHAINS VIA EMAIL.
Jewelry Care And Repairs: All jewelry is delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid bathing, washing your hands, swimming, surfing, or exercising with your jewelry on- these activities will quickly ruin the finish and may cause your jewelry to break. Keep chemicals such as soaps and lotions away from your jewelry to keep it looking as bright as possible- we also recommend purchasing a polishing cloth (available in the webstore) to keep your jewelry looking bright and new. We understand that accidents happen, and in the event that a piece breaks, we are happy to offer repair services for a small fee.
